Set up four cones in square about 4m apart 3 players start behind cones and one defending the ball. Player with ball should use pivots only to open up a passing lane. Player diagionally opposite ball must lead into space to receive the ball and then dribble to the cone opposite the remaining player. The person who makes the pass then follows the ball and becomes the new defender. The old defender moves behind any vacant cone.
Works best with 4 players. Can also be done with 3 players where the defender immediately runs to cone and becomes next defender.
