Ball is outlet to one side or another, go to the hoop if defender comes out pass to opposite side for a lay-in or back-out to trailing Guard. If pass is back-out the Guard will take a read and react 3, if the defense closes out on him then a shot-pass to open wing for a lay-up, if the defense stays low take the 3.
