Basketball Drill Demonstration


One person is situated in the middle of a 5 point star (using multicoloured cones). The person is to sprint forward to the cone infront, then run backwards to the middle. Then to the cone on the right and defensive slide back to the middle. To the cone behind them on the right and sprint back to the middle and so on in a clockwise direction. Same reps, rest and transitions as the previous circuit.
