
3 players start behind the baseling, all lined up wide. the person in the middle starts witht he ball and passes to which ever side he chooses to (left or right). Once the first pass is made the person in the middle runs towards that person (behind his back) and carries on running straigh until the another pass is received. you want to make 3 big passes up to the half court. the perosn to catch the third pass places the ball on the half court and plays defence in a 2v1 situation.
