Week 1
•4 groups of 5 players plus 1 coach/organiser
•2 sessions of 1 hour catering for 40 players in total
•each group of players/coach (bubble) will be stationed in a colour zone
•coaches will stay in that station all session players will rotate clockwise To the next activity and take equipment with them
•8 minute rotations 2 minute change over
•there will be 6 activities: dynamic stretching, speed passing, intensity core skills work, pressure circuits, fire lines techniqu and speed endurance work
•the dynamic stretching and speed endurance work will begin and end the session and will be carried out by each group of players in their colour zone
•each coach/organiser will be responsible for 1 activity plus a warm up and endurance work
•after direction by Covid managers etc re cleaning protocols of equipment and personal hygiene, it will be the responsibility of each group plus coach to adhere to said protocols
•the pitches set up to allow space between each group to emphasis the social distancing required
