Players position in a semi circle with one player in the centre. Players are to turn side-on with either shoulder pointing at the centre player. Feet should be shoulder width apart and players pass the ball across the body backwards and forwards to the player in the middle. Rotate players frequently and as profiency improves increse the speed and distance apart.
