The aim of the exercise is to tire the players out. So get them to complete it as fast as they can. Encourage them to support each other and not to mess around. People will need to put the tackle bag up. As everyone is working encourage them to maintain fluids.
After they have completed the exercise get them to do it again. But this time instead of encouraging each other get them straight into small sided games of contact rugby.
