Put players into pairs. First player runs to white cones, shout out number, players follow that instruction. The partner either received balls from pop up pass or 1 handed pass or collects it’s from the ground and then jogs to the second line while partner gets back in position behind. Get the blue line shout 2nd instruction and repeat stages and same with red line. Duration 5 minutes
