Set up 20 x 20m grid
Each player has a ball in two hands
On coaches say so players hold ball in one hand, they will then start bouncing the ball in that hand.
When ready players will start to move slowley around the grid still bouncing the ball in the one hand.
Progress then to players using the other hand to put the other players off so they drop the ball, last player with the ball wins.
