-In groups of 3, players must run around a grid and avoid running into other players
-once whistle is blown, player with ball must pass to one of 2 teammates. They cannot pass to a teammate less than 3 yards away
2:
-Same thing except now, once whistle is blown, player with ball must try to touch other 2 teammates on back with the ball
