You can do this first without the ball as warmup, then with the ball for dribbling practice. Create a F1 race track. Make it harder according to age and ablity, using sharper turns and bigger distances. Use alternate cone colours to make it obvious which 'gate' is next.
Send 2 players at a time only. You can count points if you wish.
Keep the ball on your stick and in front of your feet. Sprint as fast as possible along the straight sections!
