Hold wall with one hand, float in other hand. Push off with feet and bring wall hand to join other hand on the float.

Hold wall with one hand, bottom of float with other. Face in water, push off wall with feet and bring wall hand to join other on the float. Glide.

Push And Glide - 2 Floats

  • With 2 floats, face wall and pushoff with one footto glide on back
  • 2 floats, one under each arm
