Sportplan rugby has played a large role in my team's love for the game!
I need to start planning a 1v1 side defence for my level 2 rugby coaching course..BUT what is 'side defence'? I've tried online to find the best 1v1 side defence but to no avail.
Doing level two and have forgotten what the above means........
I am looking for a drill that focuses on this area for my Level 2 coaching qualification but I'm unsure on the definition.Does it refer to defending the side of a scrum/ruck and an attacker has come round close to the side?Or is it regarding a defender approaching an attacker at an angle rather than head on, in more of an open play situation?
level 2task very little information
At under 10s I was under the impression that it is 1v1 tackling. Can someone clarify the laws on this please?
How can I overcome my son's fear of tackling. He's 10 and shaping up to be a useful player in other areas but is very reluctant to engage other players in contact. What drills might help overcome this?
in more ways than one
