Coach it so that the tackler turns it into a side on tackle.

There are some good tackling videos on this site. Take a peek. The biggest things are to get low, keep your eyes up, head to the side (face cheek to butt cheek), make good initial contact, wrap your arms and grab cloth, and drive your legs forward until the tackle's over.
