what is t bone?
The only way I have heard this phrase used is by American football to rugby converts. Imagine that instead of trying to juke and hit your defender on a shoulder, you were to drop your shoulder straight into his chest and drive. This would be a "t bone." It is not my personal preference, but it might work at lower levels of rugby or if you are quite big and have very little space.
