Hi Sean, If you click on the Drills tab above and look down to "Decision Making" there are one or two there. Also a variation on the below can be used (instead of 1 defender build to 2, 3 etc).
This is only the tip of ice-berg, but its a start point.

DESCRIPTION
On go, 3 run out to lanes, number one to lane 1 etc. pass down line as soon as have line. Score try at end. Variation - add opposition, add more palyers. Keep to lanes Variation - take middle of lane cones out (i.e yellows) see if they can still keep running in straight lines.
