2 or 3 phases only. dont over commit to the breakdowns and play quick ball. once out to the line send your outside centre to hit the inside of the defending inside centre, and get your second row playes supporting to the outside line. encourage going to ground at the first hit and supported by 2 of your front row. encourage your midfield, 8,9 or ten to pick the ball out early.good luck!
