u10 rugby practice sessions. How to get them match ready

How does one coach u10rugby? I know this is a very broad question but I am looking for various ideas. At this age they do no have rugby knowledge and spacial awareness that becomes inherent at older age groups. Because of this I am finding it hard to get the maximum out of practice sessions because most of the time you are trying to educate the players as to where to stand and correct techniques etc Which interrupt game play and practice? Any advice ?

you can teach them them that they must not miss around and you must tell them that they must give 100'/. they will be ready for the match

Fun games which teach attacking space work really well. Have a look at an exercise on the site called "All In Touch", or at least I think that's the title. If you can't find it - let me know and I will look it up or write it up for you. Less fun, but effective - is to break the pitch into channels using cones - each player staying in and working within their own channel in both attack and defence. I hope this is of some help!

Thank you very much. I cannot access the "All in touch" drill. If you don't mind please could you write it up for me an send to jking406@gmail.com. Much appreciated! Happy coaching
