I play rugby league for my local team but i always get my self involved in fights and never have the confidence to play well enog. Any tips?
Try to concentrate just on your tasks, go into a game with positive attitude and do not think you may not get into trouble, because then you will get in to it fore sure! Set goals for each game to work and make then realistic, like making 20 tackles, getting 4 turnover balls concentrate on passing... Get your focus off getting in to trouble dude!
Remember that it is just a game.
