You need to know because you are doing a Level 2 course - is that right?
If so perhaps you should find this out for yourself and not just get someone to do the research for you as in the long run it won't help you understand the position.
Why don't you talk to a prop and ask them to list the attributes they think they need to have? Think of a prop like Vickery or Sheridan and list yourself what attributes they have.
