Frank a simple drill to practice alignment%3Aset up a square 10m x 10m.Start with 2 players standing indian file behind each other on a cone 90o to where they are going to run. the 1st player (A) has the ball.On go the 2nd player(B) drops back to get some depth and recieves the pass from (A) he runs to the next cone and align indian file again and(B) then passes the ball to (A) and the drill continues.Once they can get depth and run onto the ball at pace you can run the same drill with 4 or more players in alignment instead of 2.Remember to have them pass and run both clockwise and anti-clockwise.
