If you contact the Fiji Rugby Union in Suva they are running the IRB Level 1 and 2 courses. You can find out what these courses are like by looking at the IRB.com website under "Education and Training."

You can find details of who to contact at the Fiji Rugby Union from their web page at fijirugby.com.
