hi, i coach U15's and was planning on using sports drinks (isotonic) during training and matches, but have been told by another coach i carn't. Is this true and if so is there an alternative please, thnks Ady

I am sure that you are fine using a sports drink to replenish lost fluids during training - if you are worried during matches then water is probably the best thing anyway!
