I have taken over under 16's girls rugby, I am the coach of the 15's and 7's team any tips or pointers?

think different when you work with girl beacause they are more intelligent than boys and match more complicated but they usually need exeperience for going at a good game i m sure at the end off the season you re so happy of this experience i work whit girl in last 2 year and i didn t whon go back..sorry for the bad english
