David I use a Database.

I use it for the provisional team grading; i.e weight, hight, can the player pass left, pass right, tackles. kicks, bench press, work out, carrying injury etc.

Thanks Andre. I was actually after any research into the benefits and at what age to grade players. At what age is grading detrimental to the joy of the player etc etc etc. Cheers.
