Can you recommend me with some drills that my players can do at home outside, on their own. Specifically ball and contact work, mainly for forwards.Thank you
Hi Coach,
If players have access to a sausage pad this is a great piece of equipment for training alone. They can practice their tackling technique, tackle into a jack and well as bag slams which is great for contact conditioning.
If they are able to find a partner this is a good drill to work on exploding up in the tackle.
