Hi Mary,

Why do people choose to play any sport?

There's a lot of factors that might influence people's choices to participate in a chosen sport:

  • availability (is it a sport played in your area?), culture, friends, family, personal aptitudes (are you cut out for the sport physically and mentally?), enjoyment, challenge, fitness...

I'm sure there are many more reasons in addition to those I've mentioned above.

Rugby is more than a sport. It is a way of thinking and doing, a way of reviving the mind and body. We all sprang from common ancestors who lived their lives in search of occupation and happiness.
