What kind of drills will be good for young player 8-10?
Hi Taylor,
At that age I think it is vital to develop their fundamental catch pass skills. This can include a clock drill with players standing in a circle and passing it around the 'clock'. You could have a player running around the outside to beat the clock to add some fun and competitiveness to engage your players.
