What are the rules regarding one-handed pass(as in US 'football')with junior tag-rugby ?

One handed passes are fine in rugby union - although it is advisable to coach youngsters to pass with two hands whenever possible as there is more chance of making a good pass with two hands!

It is also important that the pass is backwards otherwise the opposition get the ball.
