For your RFU Level 2 you will need to do a bit of thinking yourself - but here are some main attributes for you to enlarge on!

Tight Head Prop

  • Be the strong man (the rock) of the Scrum
  • Strong runner with the ball over short distances
  • Normally a square shaped player – big shoulders and strong legs
  • Ability to stay on feet and pass in contact
  • Strong tackler – tackles man and ball
