There are plenty of drills which you can adapt for 7's in our "Drills" section.

The key with 7's is to get your players to understand that possession is everything. So, support and continuity are even more important than in 15 a side.

There is some information around if you look on the internet - the best book I can find for you is:

"Coaching Rugby 7's" by Marcus Blackburn * ISBN 13: 9780713676747 * Published Date: 05/06/2006 * Publisher: A & C Black Publishers Ltd * Imprint: A & C Black Publishers Ltd

You can order it online from booksellers (WH Smith in England) and they will send it to you. It costs 9.59 British pounds.
