Just use punishments

I use punIshment posts - start between the posts out to half way and then through the opposite post. The number of times is determined by their playing number - great warm down as well my kids are U12 great way of discipline but fun

Get them to agree a players charter with ground rules. Make your sessions engaging and fun.
