Hi Dale,
We`re sorry to hear you will not be renewing your Sportplan access.
- To cancel your membership, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account and go to the "Manage Account / Profile" option in the drop down menu that is in the top right corner
- Select "Memberships" in the opened window
- Now click "Manage Memberships", tick the checkbox of the membership you wish to end and then click "Update Memberships"
- You`ll just need to complete a very short feedback form
- Finally, click "Update Memberships" at the bottom of the page
Please make sure you have visual confirmation that the account has been cancelled. A red cancellation message will appear on the screen.
After these steps, no further payments will be taken from your account. Your membership will remain active until your next payment is due but on that date your membership will be downgraded instead.
If there`s anything you think we could do better, please let us know in the feedback part of the cancellation form. This helps us to improve the site should you decide to join again next season!
