Hi David,
As a free member there's quite a bit you do on site. You can:
- Watch 66+ drills in rugby (the first 3 drills per category)
- Use our coaching tools (including the planner and chalkboard to create plans and drills) and share them with other coaches
- Ask and answer questions (as you've already done!)
We do also occasionally send out free plans to support our large network of coaches.
You don't need to hand over any money unless you wish to unlock the full library and gain access to the weekly plans we send throughout the season. If you do upgrade you can choose to cancel your subscription at any time - there is no minimum contract as we understand everyone's needs are different.
