Sketches - How do you flip objects

Sketches - How do you flip objects

I'm OK with copying and rotating objects, moving them around change sizes etc, but I can't see an option to flip an object through 180 degrees. Is this possible? I have reviewed the FAQ and the video for sketches but couldn't see the answer.
