Hi. I am in charge of the Mini Rugby (age 8) warm-up and am interested in more ideas. I try and keep them fun, sports specific and interesting for the boys and they seem to like what I do. Can anyone please help? Thanks!
Might not be the best Rugby specific warm-up but one warm-up i remember doing when i was younger and very easy to set up and do was the following:

At that age I`d always recommend games like bulldog or stuck in the mud as opposed to running around a pitch without a ball. Other good games are rob the nest and varieties of a square with the ball being passed around (more than one ball and so on).
Tag / It can also be something they enjoy.
