Rugby ball size

I recently saw Gilbert has a VT400 "women's" ball. Is this between a size 4 and 5? Is it legal for matches?

Hi, In England we are supposed to use a 4 1/2 ball size for U18s girls junior rugby but they are very hard to get hold of so we mostly use size 5.
