I personally believe everything coach at underage should be qualified and experienced. We have to remember we are teaching our kids the correct techniques and skills to make Rugby enjoyable and safe

All coachIng staff should be qualified and attend all courses to aid in the safe delivery and development of the players/team. Yes family members can be there to give a helping hand but the final say must come from a qualified coach. They will also require Enhanced DBS.
