Looking for space?

Looking for space?

This season our players have moved on to U9's and contact. When attacking we want our players to continue to look for space, not to take the contact just because it's now part of U9's (ie%3A why take the contact if its not required). Does anyone have any tips or exercises that could help with this?

I think you will find good drills for this in "Drills" section and "Decision making".
