Just signed up and looked through the pre season training plan. Can someone explain more fully 'the option plays' session in particular how is this introduced and explained to payers
David
Can you be more specific as I am not sure what you were looking at?
Thanks
Simon
In the pre season training plan it describes 'option plays' named zulu, yankee, whiskey. I would like more info on how to relate these to game play, and how the players communicate what is 'on' The option that confuses me most is 'zulu' where players run away from each other initially before cutting back to each other. I am getting more confused as I try to explain.
