I need a defence pattern for my under 15 boys team... could you please draw out a defensive pattern for the boys to play by this friday
William, I coach U15s in the U.S., and at this level, we focus our forwards on staying organized, especially around the breakdowns, and actively communicating, calling pillar and post as the first and second men off the breakdown, etc. In the backs, we use an inside/out defense, as most of our competition is not particularly accomplished at switching the attack back inside via switches, etc. Hope this helps a bit.
