I have started coaching under 8. where do i start with these bundle of energies? Any Videos coaching available some where?

having just taken a squad of players through U7s and U8s I would reccomend keeping the groups small - 3-4 players per group if poss - dont expect them to understand the point of the exercise straight away - hide coaching points in games.- they will always respond to competitive games better than straight drillsBut you have to tailor the game to emphasise the coaching point . Simple passing drills can be turned into games by adding points for not dropping the ball not neccessarily being the first to finish. Keep games /drills short and move on quickly. Lots of positive praise for the smallest of advance in skill levels helps too. watch for weaknesses and work on thiose next session as a team - not individually. hope that helps somewhat. seeing a bunch of 7 year olds get to grips with the game is one of the best moments.
