How do I motivate my U13's to be more determined as?

How do I motivate my U13's to be more determined as they are generally to nice?

This is a tough one as nice children are a bonus to us all!

If you want to make them more determined to achieve you could offer incentives such as awards "Man of the match" "Tackler of the day" etc and make a big deal of these even after each session.

Children do get motivated by peer group approval so this may work for you!
