Hi, I sometimes have trouble in focussing my under 13s attention in training I seem to be forever telling them to be quiet in your experiences do you have a method on keeping them focused
Sean
The best advice I can give you is to keep the pace of your coaching up. Give them simple instructions and let them get on with it. If they are talking just wait till they stop - they soon will get used to the idea that you have some fun for them but you wont talk over them.
Make sure you do lots of small sided games and keep each session split into 10 or 15 min chunks so they dont get bored on any one activity.
Good luck
Simon
Thanks Simon, I will give it a try and let you know how it goes
Cheers
Sean
