Morning Ricardo, Whislt I don't have any specific excercises for you, I have added a link to Paul Treu's - the South african 7's Coach - coaching blog. Hopefully you can pick up some valuable information there. Regards Stephe [link removed]

I would recommend a book by Marcus Blackburn called "Coaching Rugby 7's".

It may be difficult to get so do look at the website recommended by Stephe above.

Google "Paul Treu" and you will find his website which gives good advice and tips.
