Best way to beat the tackler?

One on ONe, what is the best way to beat the tackler? Side-step? Change of angle? Hand-off? Chip? Personally I like to side-step

I would use a side step and a hand off. This will also draw another defender probably. All of your players should be able to at least beat one man. Keep them moving forward!
