Attacking scrum - what back line options for a junior squad

Any "simple" attacking moves from a scrum that you can recommend for a U15s XV side. Looking to get them to think about how the back line would would set up and have different options from a) center field and b) tight left or right all at the half way mark.

If it`s at a halfway mark attacking do a centre split but let your fullback take control instead of your normal fly half coz the opposition will be expecting it to go to the side where your 10 is but it`ll go right and the fullback should be sitting right behind the scrum pocket looking to go left and goes right once the halfback passes to him on the fly.

The old dummy scissor with 12 pop the ball to 13. Just add the blind side wing to run slide line behind 13. 3 options in one move. Play 12 on scissor, play 13 on a wider channel or blind wing to take the ball wide.

Thanks for both replies - will defo have a go at both, or let them try and work it out themselves.
