Attacking kick off tactics and formations

Any suggestions for a few attacking ideas and formations we can use when setting up to take our own kick offs and restarts at under 14 level?

3. Centre - High ball Flankers and centres contest to win Ball back

4. Right and Low- Along ground to force error.

a drill for the fly half...

make the fly half stand say 7-10 metres away from the posts and get him just to drop the kick the ball over the bar
