Does anybody have some stamina drills and ideas to make the training a little less boring and repetative.?
Rod, there are plenty of drills and ideas in the "Drills" section of the IRB coaching website. Have a look through and you should find plenty of ideas to help you train. Don't forget though that at this stage of the season working on stamina may not be the best use of your time. Stamina training is usually best done during active resting periods in the season. Simon
