Are you better off training 1 night a week or training multiple nights a week as a U10,u11 team.
William I would suggest that a couple of training sessions per week is plenty for this age group. The main thing is to ensure that all sessions are fun and the children practise a large variety of ball skills. I hope this helps you. Simon
